For the grand opening of the brand-new H&M Bellevue Square location, H&M partnered with Fancy Booth and Starkman Associates to create a memorable, on-brand guest experience that blended classic photobooth nostalgia with modern digital sharing. The objective was clear: enhance the launch day excitement, drive social engagement, and deliver a seamless, aesthetically on-brand activation.


 

The Challenge

H&M wanted more than a standard photo booth.
They needed:

  • A custom installation that matched the brand identity and high-end feel of the Bellevue Square launch.

  • A digital guest experience that was quick, intuitive, and shareable.

  • Consistency with brand guidelines, including approved messaging, hashtags, and design assets.
