Sweet 16s and milestone birthday parties that involve additional customization (custom-printed backdrops, memory books, etc.) benefit from booking 2–3 months out to allow design time. That said, reach out even on short notice — we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

We work with you before the event to design a custom print overlay that matches the birthday person's theme, whether it's a kids' party with their favorite character's color scheme, a tropical Summer birthday, an elegant black-and-gold milestone design, or something entirely unique. We design it and send a proof for your approval before the event, so there are no surprises on the day.

No outlet coordination with your venue, no extension cords across the living room or backyard, no tripping hazards. We set up anywhere in your space without any electrical requirements. Yes — our cordless battery-powered setup is ideal for outdoor events. We don't need an outdoor outlet and can set up on most flat surfaces. We do recommend having a shaded area available for the booth in direct afternoon sunlight (both for equipment performance and for the most flattering photos). If you're planning an outdoor event, just mention it when you reach out and we'll confirm the best setup options for your specific space.

Yes — guests can share photos instantly via text, email, or QR code directly from the booth during the event. Yes — GIF and boomerang capability is included in The Birthday Bash and The Full Celebration packages. The Selfie Station also supports GIFs, boomerangs, and AR filters as a modern alternative to prints. For teen parties especially, the ability to share GIFs and boomerangs directly to phones and social media is often the feature guests love most. Teens are almost always the most enthusiastic booth users — they'll keep the line going all night.

We serve birthday celebrations throughout Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Kenmore, Shoreline, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Everett, and the greater King and Snohomish County area. We also serve Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor, Anacortes, Mount Vernon, and Bellingham, as well as South Sound areas including Tacoma and Federal Way.
