Every package includes a custom print overlay designed around your school colors, dance theme, or event branding. Add your school name, mascot, dance title, and year. We send you a design proof before the event so your ASB or committee can approve it. No surprises.

Every rental includes a dedicated, professionally dressed on-site attendant who manages the booth for the entire event. They keep the line moving, help students with props, ensure every session goes smoothly, and handle any technical needs quietly and quickly. You never have to think about the booth once we're set up.
Digital sharing — every photo on their phone
Students can instantly share their photos via text, email, or QR code directly from the booth. Every session is also uploaded to a post-event gallery so anyone who missed a printout can download their photos later. A password can be added as well for an extra layer of security. Great for reliving the night and sharing on social media.

We typically arrive 60 minutes before the event starts to set up, test, and be fully ready before students arrive. For larger events or venues with specific load-in windows, we'll coordinate directly with your venue contact. You'll never be waiting for us when doors open.

With unlimited sessions and our industrial dye-sublimation printers. Depending on group sizes we can comfortably handle 200–400+ students over a 3–4 hour event without any slowdown. The Halo Booth's RGB attraction lights also naturally create a queue-friendly draw — students gravitate to it throughout the night rather than all at once.
